How will you Introduce Yourself to the world? 

I am Shweta.Davda from Mumbai location Kandivali I am now a founder of Brilliant Minds running successfully since 15yrs where I teach Handwriting Improvement, Jolly phonics,French,Grammar, Olympiad, Neltas and also provide mentoring to kids from grade 1 to grade 10th all subject all boards. I am also a FSSAI certified Dietician and Nutrition Coach and also a Counseling psychologist specialist in child psychology and also a certified Yoga trainer this was a short introduction about me

I have been feliciated by Govt.of India as Calligraphy artist 
Winner of 4 awards by Hastakshar self made Divas (tutor par excellence award)

Tell us about your start-up!

I was just a normal homemaker and a mother of 1 yr child when I started my venture 15yrs back it was a small venture with just 2 kids and than became grand with 40 students per batch till 2019 and slowly I started to improvise myself by brushing up my skill by learning French,Grammar, Calligraphy....and the journey went onn right now in this tough situation I am not only conducting offline classes but also providing online classes to students from overseas as well

"What's the most important thing you're working on right now, and how are you making it happen?

The most important thing what I am working now is not only the physical health but also the emotional health of kids around the world ....I always tell them marks are not important what is important is your knowledge, your talent which will help you to achieve your goals I want each and every child on this planet to be educated and I am trying my best

What are the challenges you have faced and what are the current challenges? Mention the top three challenges for both

"We don't grow when things are easy we grow when we face challenges " this is what I have always believed so I keep motivating myself to overcome the challenges and try to focus on my goals .
My motherhood was questioned ,my responsibilities were challenging, building an image ,trust ,competition are few of the challenges which I can name 
3 top challenges were 
My health started detroiting 
Lack of family support 
Reach till targeted audience

Why you have started up ?

I started this journey as I choose to be independent to find my individual identity as I choose not just to be identified as a married woman

Where do you want to see yourself in next 5 years ? 
I have been working on my goals in next 5 yrs I want to be associated with as many NGOs as I can I want to give education to every girl child of our country may be in nxt 5yrs I will have my own for gals

"If you focus in problems there will be more problems rather than focus on solutions" 
This is my message to Enterpreneurs, start up business owners,children's and women  
I am a mother of 2 and a role model to my kids ...have never ever give up in my life my ups were mine and down were also mine but I overcame everything 
Always think about empowering others uplifting others that will keep your soul high
