An entrepreneur, a model and a motivational speaker, who has travelled a long and winding journey.

From being an extreme introvert to a fearless extrovert... From cringing to answer a question in class to sharing power packed ideologies to a hall full of audience, she has travelled the lesser known roads to discover myself.

This is Joanne alias Madhu, born and brought up in New Delhi, ... who has dared to dream, risked her comfort zone and is passionate about living.

Founder and CEO of Skill Clout – with over 2 decades of experience in Training and Development. Expertizing in employability skills, technical and non-technical skills, Life Skills , etc. in academic institutions, schools, colleges, Universities, and corporates.

Being extremely passionate about training and awareness, she volunteers at works closely with NGO’s and upskilling projects to train the underprivileged on digital literacy, safety-health and hygiene; and POSH. She has worked very closely with scrap workers, for orphanages and the youth reform programs to educate and train them on various important skills.

Flipping to the other side of her personality, is a transition from a workaholic entrepreneur to  MIHM Ms Queen Universe Elegance 2019. The journey, from a serious and academic industry to the glitz and glamour, was quite a roller coaster experience.

Being an introvert, she was not confident and sure of the decision to participate in such a big platform. Having always been the one to call the shots behind the camera, it took a lot of deliberation and courage to stand in front of the camera and follow instructions.  However, her will to challenge herself has won many hearts, pride and confidence bundled with the national title. 

Since then she has not looked back, winning more accolades with each passing year.
