May 11: Tanvee Tutlani is a Certified Nutritionist, Dietitian, Corporate Health Educator & a Weight Loss Specialist. She started her journey of being a Health Educator 12 years back by transforming herself & till today she has transformed 50k+ people across the globe. She is always very aesthetic about health issues and wants to change people’s perspectives towards the word, Disease. She wants to impact as many people in a positive and healthy way as possible. After finding solutions and by transforming herself through proper diets and healthy nutrition, she started health coaching as a career and has been able to help many people through health coaching now.

She trains her clients to eat intuitively, select healthy options, and enjoy all types of food in moderation that work with their bodies not against them. She helps people improve their relationship with food and give up bad eating patterns, so they can focus on nurturing their bodies without the need to count each calorie. Apart from being a Health Educator, she is also an Influencer. She started influencing because people have started looking upto her as an “All Rounder Mom”- she manages her toddlers, house & work simultaneously by working for 20 hours a day.

Dietitian Tanvee is a strong believer in health at every size and never stops stressing on being at a size and weight that your body finds comfortable. She guides her clients to look beyond bringing the numbers on the scale down. Her philosophy is that a healthy diet is not about staying thin, strict diet plans, or depriving oneself of their nutritional needs. Rather it is about optimum health, healthy weight, and mental well-being. The knowledge of nutrition is a case-based one. Each individual is unique and it is imperative to understand their bodies and lifestyle while creating a plan for them.
